The 9th Box
Why are 9th Box’ers important to organizations?
Its is estimated that nearly 80% of organizations businesses are contributed by Team members who are in boxes 7, 8 and 9 alongwith some of those from boxes 4-6 inconsistently. Such variations happen primarily because these (4-6) employees are still finding their feet and are honing their skills and knowledge.

What are these boxes?
Wherever you work, remember that you are measured and watched for only two key perspectives. One, Can you be dependent on to do better work and be the best in your class? The Second, can you lead others to become like you and overall grow everyone to excel in whatever they do?
Depending upon their engagement levels, some of them work on improvement while others try to look for support. The 9th Box-ers are usually those who work on their own and constantly find new ways of getting their act together. They innovate, seek guidance from their peer and seniors, network with the best performers and apply things which have worked for the top performers in their workplace.

Lets Know More About the Boxes

How can any employee become better at work? Firstly let it be known loud and clear. In organizations there is no socialist structures. People who do well and who consistently do better than others will be rewarded differently (more) than others who perform lesser than them. It is this differentiation that leads to innovation, overall development and people and organizational growth.
